Saint Brieuc Armor Agglomeration - Sectorisation of the municipal map

Urban planning documents of Saint-Brieuc Armor Agglomeration - Local urban plans (PLU), municipal maps and national urban planning regulations (graphic regulation, prescriptions, information, easements) of the 32 municipalities of Saint-Brieuc Armor Agglomeration.

The municipal map (CC) is a simplified urban planning document that can be adopted by a municipality that does not have a local urban plan (PLU) or a document in its place. It determines how the general rules of the National Urban Planning Regulation (RNU) are to be applied. The municipal map may concern all or part of the municipal territory. It can also be developed at the level of an inter-municipal structure.

The Town Planning Code defines for communal maps areas where constructions are allowed and those or constructions are not allowed. Municipal maps may also specify areas reserved for the establishment of industrial or craft activities and areas in which the identical reconstruction of a building destroyed by a disaster is not authorised.
