Wuppertal ATOM Feed Ongoing development plan procedure
Description
The ATOM Feed Download Service for the non-legally binding building plans (B plans) in Wuppertal provides a dataset for download, which covers the spatial scope of the (as of 01/2021) 93 non-legally binding B plans of the City of Wuppertal pursuant to §2(1) of the Baugesetzbuch (BauGB). The scope of the Wuppertal development plans is, in general, multipolygons, some of which are highly fragmented. For each of these polygons, the dataset contains some descriptive factual attributes such as the number and name of the B plan as well as a hyperlink to the corresponding digital plan document per plan part. In the case of B-plan procedures, for which no concrete planning exists (e.g. in the procedural status “Decision of establishment”), a PDF document is linked, which contains a reference text on the still missing content planning. An update of the database takes place only because of new B-Plan procedures, if no legally binding B-Plan procedures have received a new status within the preparation procedure or if a B-Plan procedure has become legally effective or has been repealed. If available, the scope polygons are digitised on the basis of the digital plan documents (vectorial CAD project file and grid document of the B plan) based on the digital property map. However, the data that the download service accesses will be updated on a regular basis for security purposes. The data set provided by the download service is subject to an open data license excluding data change (CC BY-ND 4.0).
