In Thuringia, the cities and municipalities are responsible for ensuring a quality and quantity-appropriate supply of drinking water. For the most part, they have merged into or organise water supply associations (WVZVs). The Thuringian-wide dataset contains the areas of association or supply with further information on the relevant responsible bodies.
