Areas of competence of Côtes d'Armor Road Operations Centres (ROCs)

Description

Breakdown by road operation centre of the sections of the departmental road network in terms of maintenance. To carry out these missions, the Department has set up localized services in Dinan, Loudéac, Lannion, Guingamp-Rostrenen and Saint-Brieuc. The aim of these structures is to offer a more efficient local service, thanks to the presence of: • Departmental Technical Agencies (A.T.D.), which represent a department of the Department whose objective is to assist municipalities and E.P.C.I. They have the technical and administrative means to implement the Department's road policy. • Road Antennas, which manage and coordinate the activity of the Road Operations Centres (RECs). • Road Operation Centres (C.E.R.), which are responsible for the routine maintenance and operation of the departmental road network
