Measurements of the permanent noise measurement network of the Métropole de Lyon
Description
This network measures the sound state of:
— emblematic places: places, pedestrian places, tourist areas...;
— acoustically saturated areas;
— quiet places to preserve them;
— sites before and after major urban planning projects or transport routes;
— places “subject” to various events:construction sites, animations, etc.
The values provided per day, per tag, are as follows:
— Noise:Lday: sound level, weighted according to the sensitivity of the human ear, calculated over the daytime period (6h-18h).
— Noise:lden: sound level, weighted according to the sensitivity of the human ear, calculated over the three hourly periods, day (6h-18h), evening (18h-22h), night (22h-6h).
— Noise:Levening: sound level, weighted according to the sensitivity of the human ear, calculated over the hourly period 18h-22h.
— Noise:Lnight: sound level, weighted according to the sensitivity of the human ear, calculated over the night period (22h-6h).
