Luberon Park — Charter 2009-2021 — Park Map Zoning

Description

Plan of the Park Charter renewed by Decree of the Ministry of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and Territorial Development dated May 20, 2009. The charter sets out the objectives to be achieved, the guidelines for the protection, development and development of the Park, as well as the measures to enable it to implement them. It makes it possible to ensure the coherence and coordination of the actions carried out on the territory of the Park by the various public authorities. Drawn up from an initial diagnosis of the territory concerned by the Park(*), the charter includes: • the project of protection and development of this territory for the next twelve years and the rules of the game set by the partners for the implementation of this project, • a plan that explains the guidelines of the charter according to the vocations of the various areas of the Park, • the statutes of the organisation of the Park management, • the brand of the Park (consisting of the ideogram and the name of the Park) that will be deposited by the State at the INPI. The park plan meets the requirements of section R.333-3 of the Environmental Code, which states that "The Charter includes: a plan consisting of the study area on which, depending on the heritage, the different areas where the guidelines and measures defined in the report are applied; the plan characterises all areas of the territory according to their nature and dominant vocation. The occupation of the land by urbanisation as represented on the plane, is intended to be an “image” at 1/65000 of the dense and semi dense urbanisation of the territory made from the aerial photos IGN 2005. It is recalled that the Charter is not a planning document. As a result, the remaining unconstructed parts of urbanizable areas of urban planning documents and, a fortiori, future building areas do not appear on the plan.
