The Luberon Regional Natural Park is responsible for facilitating the implementation of a public policy of study, development, maintenance and management on the Calavon-Coulon basin. In this context, he carried out a study with the general objective of delimiting the mobility area of Calavon-Coulon. The maintenance of a spacing area is necessary for the proper functioning of the river, contributing to the sedimentary recharge of the bed, the renewal of natural aquatic and riparian habitats, as well as the sustainability of riparian structures and infrastructures (in particular by slowing the spread of the flood wave) from the downstream of the Oppedette gorges to the confluence with the Durance. This dataset concerns the right-of-way of recent (geological-scale) fluvio-glacial sediments. Correction: addition of the historical wandering space (EDH obtained by juxtaposition of the active bands of 1944, 1958, 1973, 1985, 1994, 1996, 2001 and 2005) to the raw EMAX (obtained from geological maps at 50,000th of the BRGM) and additional correction compared to the topography of the valley floor. Since 1995, this approach has been organised around a Water Planning and Management Scheme (SAGE), approved in 2001, and implemented through a river contract, signed in 2003 and finalised in 2010. The SAGE was revised on 18 November 2019 in order to implement a shared management of the resource to satisfy different uses and environments, while anticipating the future.
