Description
**Context**
In order to establish a national recharging infrastructure directory for electric vehicles (EVRI), open and accessible to all, local authorities carrying a project to install EVRI must, as the stations are put into service, publish static data on the location and technical characteristics of these installations on the data.gouv.fr platform in accordance with the terms set out in the Order of 4 May 2021.
In order to facilitate the publication of this data and support its customers in their compliance with their obligations, Gireve, the main e-mobility roaming platform in Europe and a privileged partner of the players in the ecosystem, offers all operators connected to the platform to subscribe to the publication service of descriptive data of their charging infrastructure at the National Access Point.
**Data production mode**
The published data is derived from the data streams transmitted to the Gireve electric vehicle charging roaming platform by operators or their subcontractors via the open OCPI protocol. This data is produced by the operators and transmitted in a completely automated manner. They represent all the data transmitted by the operators who have subscribed to the publication service of Gireve, provided that this data is compatible with the IRVE data.gouv.fr scheme in force. GIREVE collects, transposes to IRVE format and consolidates data for publication, without making any changes except the data.gouv format.
**Format**
GIREVE therefore publishes, in a format compatible with the current IRVE data scheme, the information relating to all the infrastructures of the operators who have subscribed to this service. Only data from the data.gouv schema is published. Additional information provided to the platform is not included. The data are published under the responsibility of the developer and Gireve cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for the inaccuracy or obsolescence of the information.

**Additional benefits**
GIREVE publishes only the data of the planners who have subscribed to the provision service on the National Access Point. This file therefore does not represent all the infrastructures referenced by Gireve.
