Ripisylve Multiannual Management Plan (PPG)
Description
Hydrographic sections for which ripisylve management and maintenance are planned as part of a Multiannual Management Plan (MMP). It is the cartographic support of the Declaration of General Interest (DIG), a procedure regulated by the Environmental Code (arts L211-7 and R214-89) which allows a public developer to undertake the study, execution and operation of any works, actions, works or installations of a general or emergency nature, aimed in particular at the development and management of water on non-Domanial watercourses, sometimes in the event of a lack of ownership.
