ENS (Sensitive Natural Spaces) - Department of Calvados

The perimeters of the natural sites form the synthesis of the intervention sites of the Conservatoire du littoral, the pre-emption zones of the departmental council, as well as the parcels acquired outside the intervention sites and pre-emption zones.

Collection context
The Department's Department of Natural Environments establishes the perimeter of natural sites from the vector layer of the intervention sites of the Conservatoire du littoral and the pre-emption zones of the Departmental Council of Calvados. It also takes into account the parcels already acquired outside the intervention sites and pre-emption zones, from the cadastral matrix.

Collection method
The vector data are then integrated into the geographical information system - GIS - of the department of Calvados.
