ENS (Sensitive Natural Space) - Pre-emption Zones - Department of Calvados
Description
The pre-emption perimeters, approved in advance by the municipal council of the municipalities concerned, are then validated by the departmental council of Calvados.
The department is therefore given priority over the acquisition of these plots when they are put up for sale.
**Collection context**
The Department of Natural Environments of the Department of Calvados creates the perimeter of the pre-emption zones from the vector table of the cadastral matrix.
**Collection method**
The data are then integrated into the geographical information system - GIS - of the department of Calvados.
