Description
The development plan Altona-Altstadt 44 for the area east of Pepermölenbek between Hamburger Hochstraße and Breite Straße (Altona district, district 201) is established.
The scope is limited as follows:
Pepermölenbek — Hamburger Hochstraße — East and South border of parcel 535, eastern boundary of parcel 534 of the Altona-Südwest area — Lange Straße — East boundary of the parcel area 1956 of the Altona-Southwest — Pinnasberg — via parcel 2121, south borders of parcels 2121 and 581 of the Altona-Südwest-St. Pauli Fischmarkt area — Breite Straße.
