Overall assessment of CE results in general primary education and distribution of levels by school subject

Description

In the data set, information is available on the number of participants in general basic education examinations of each educational institution, the distribution of average results and pupil results – the number of students with low and high results, broken down by 10 % groups (number of students, how many students have obtained an evaluation of less than 10 %, 20 %... 100 %).
The data of the state tests give everyone an insight into the trends of students’ achievements at the state, local government and school level. In order to rank any data, there must be adequate justification for comparing the relevant data. It is necessary to take into account both the number of pupils in the school, the types of schools, their location and other factors influencing their achievements. Each examination and part of it sets the maximum number of points, while the percentage of the total score is displayed taking into account the number of points obtained in each part. The percentages in the evaluations of the exam are not mathematically rounded, expressed in whole numbers. All average values are calculated from students’ achievements in national tests. Under no circumstances can national averages be calculated using school averages in tests. The average of the average results is calculated incorrectly.
