Description
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine is a state collegial body of judicial governance, which on a permanent basis operates in the justice system of Ukraine within the powers specified in Article 93 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Judicial System and Status of Judges", and among other things, conducts selection of candidates for appointment to the position of a judge, in particular, forms lists of candidates enrolled in the reserve for the vacant positions of judges.
