Attention: the counting data is particularly voluminous. Do not download them in their entirety at one time, it is recommended to go through the API. This file is called “dynamic” because the data will be frequently updated according to the step of time or the frequency of refresh that the producer will define upstream. The data provided are either “real-time” or a posteriori. The file will contain as many lines as counting by time slot or by no time. The data must be associated with the “site” and “channel” data for counting mobility. They cannot be reused without these files.
