Version: **Agribalyse® v3.1.1** Agribalyse® is a reference database of environmental impact indicators of agricultural products produced in France and food products consumed in France. These data are intended to contribute to the environmental transition of agricultural and food systems. They are based on the Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) method, which provides indicators of the environmental impacts of products, including all stages (from field to plate) and the different issues (climate, water, air, soil...). They are constructed from a certain number of hypotheses and according to a precise methodological framework. This scientific data needs to be adapted according to their context and users. It is necessary to read the “User Guide” to avoid countersense or inappropriate uses. More broadly, extensive documentation is available and guarantees the transparency of the work. This innovative work is scalable and improvements and updates will take place in the coming years.
