Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Station Area – 2nd Amendment” of the city of Meßkirch from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Urban development by means of reconsolidation with the construction of a residential and commercial building for retail/gastronomy and apartments.
