Airports enforcement points
Description
The maximum permissible noise of an airport for which an airport decision has been adopted shall be laid down in the airport decision at enforcement points. The measure for this is the annual mean dose size Lden (in dB(A)). On the basis of the registration of the use of the airport, the competent authority (for these airports is of regional significance that the province) will assess compliance with the values.
