Territory Incubator — Local Incubators
Description
“Local incubators” or “territory incubators” are structured by local authorities proposing to their agents to get involved in a local innovation approach where public service design methodologies resulting from design are used. These agents are invited to conduct “investigations” according to the methodology carried out by the Territorial Incubator.
A local incubator can also be a service of a community dedicated to the design of digital services according to user-centric logic or the design of public policy devices via design methods.
The Territorial Incubator aims to structure and animate a network of local partner incubators at the national level to multiply its impact in favour of the digital transition of local authorities and the continuous improvement of public services.
