Exceptions to the requirement of streak-like application of fertilisers pursuant to Section 6(3). DüV
Description
Since 1 February 2020, liquid organic and liquid organic-mineral fertilisers, including liquid manure, may only be applied to the soil in strips or introduced directly into the soil on cultivated arable land. These requirements shall apply from 1 February 2025 to grassland and permanent grassland areas as well as areas of multi-sectional forage production.
In Lower Saxony, this excludes areas located within field blocks with a slope of > 20 % on = 30 % of the field block area.
