Evolution of executive compensation — 2022 update

Description

The data on remuneration are derived from the survey “Professional Status and Compensation of Executives” conducted by Apec since 2008. The study is based on an annual survey of 13,000 Apec client private sector executives, dated February 2022. The results of this survey were adjusted from the Nominative Social Declaration (Insee), by age, sex, company size, sector, region and executive mobility rate. The results are thus representative of the population of private sector executives according to these criteria. The purpose of this survey is to collect information on the salaries of executives employed in the private sector. **To find the key points of the studies and the files in pdf, rdv on the Coporate site of Apec** — [2022 Executive Compensation Barometer](https://corporate.apec.fr/home/nos-etudes/toutes-nos-etudes/barometre-2022-de-la-remuneration-des-cadres.html) — [Focus on compensation of young managers](https://corporate.apec.fr/home/nos-etudes/toutes-nos-etudes/focus-sur-la-remuneration-des-jeunes-cadres.html) **To go further on Apec.fr: find our online tools and articles in the Trends section** — [wage simulator](https://www.apec.fr/tous-nos-outils/fiche-outils/simulateur-salaire-apec--calculez-votre-salaire.html) — [more frequent salary increases for managers](https://www.apec.fr/tendances-emploi-cadre/inegalites-et-remuneration/des-augmentations-salariales-plus-frequentes-pour-les-cadres.html) — [favourable prospects for the remuneration of young managers](https://www.apec.fr/tendances-emploi-cadre/inegalites-et-remuneration/des-perspectives-favorables-pour-la-remuneration-des-jeunes-cadres.html)
