Development plan Stellingen 23 Hamburg

Description

The development plan Stellingen 23 for the area southeast of Gutenbergstraße between the railway line and Warnstedtstraße (district of Eimsbüttel, district 321) is established. The area shall be limited as follows: Gutenbergstraße — Warnstedtstraße — southeast boundary of parcel 1599, southern boundary of parcel 4455, south-east borders of parcels 4066 and 1956, via parcels 4419, 3560 and 4521 (railways), southwest boundary of parcel 4521 (railway), via parcel 2180 (Försterweg), northern boundary of parcel 2180 (Försterweg), via parcels 3560 and 4419 (railway facilities), northeast boundary of parcel 4419 (railways), northern boundary of parcel 1922, via parcel 1996 (Gutenbergstraße), west and north boundary of the parcel area of Stellingen in 1996.
