Results of the professional elections — period 2017-2020

Description

These data are derived from the use of the minutes of the CE, DP, DUP and CSE professional elections held in companies with at least ten employees between 01/01/2017 and 31/12/2020. In a professional election, one or more employee colleges (one minutes per college) are counted. Only trade union organisations can stand in the first round of the election. When no trade union organisation presents a list in the first round, it is necessary to organise a second round for which trade union organisations can apply but also employees of the company without a trade union label. The files do not contain the nominative data of the employees who apply. They shall contain only the names of the trade union lists and/or trade union organisations which have applied for membership and the association confederation where appropriate. You will find at your disposal a description of the data contained in the various files, a file containing the results of the first rounds of elections, a file containing the results of the second rounds of elections, a list of the trade union organisations which applied for with the association confederation where applicable, and a file for defining the scope of the election, i.e. the list of establishments covered by the election. Due to the number of SIRETs that define the scope of the elections, it became necessary to have two data files. Note that in files containing SIRET, it is preferable to use the “elenum” identifier to link these different files, especially to deal with cases where SIRET has not been indicated.
