Description
Updated layer of the Biosphere Reserves of Andalusia. It includes the Mediterranean Intercontinental (Andalusia-Spain-/Morocco). Recognized internationally, they remain under Spanish sovereignty. They are selected for their scientific interest, based on a series of criteria that determine whether a space is included in the program, with the aim of conserving and protecting biodiversity and promoting the economic development of the area.
