Responses to the Helsinki Metropolitan Area Open Data Service user survey
Description
Helsinki Region Infoshare (hri.fi), a joint open data service of the cities of the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, conducts an annual survey for its users on the use of open data available through the service. The survey asks about the uses of open data, the formats used and suggestions for improving the distribution of opened data.
The survey has been conducted for three consecutive years (2020-2023). The content of the survey has remained the same during these years. The online questionnaires were available from 30 January to 28 February 2023, 24 January to 28 February 2022, 25 January to 21 February 2021 and 14 January to 24 January 2020. The surveys were advertised on HRI's website, social media channels and in the newsletter.
The anonymised responses to the survey are provided in a single file. Survey responses from different years are distinguished by the value in the "Year" column.
