REP – List of members of eco-organisms
Description
**The dataset**
The dataset presented here includes the annual update of the list of members of eco-organisms, in accordance with Article L. 541-10-14 of the Environmental Code. The dataset concerns the REP sectors: ABJ, ASL, EEE, BPS, DISP-MED, EA, EMBM, TOY, LUB, MNU, PA, PAP, PCHIM, PMCB, TYRE, TLC, TOBACCO.
In addition to this list, ADEME makes available the list of producers of Extended Producer Responsibility (REP) sectors registered in SYDEREP with their unique identifier (IDU): check out the list here.
For the producer, the IDU is proof that it is well registered in the register for a sector, in accordance with Article L. 541-10-13 of the Environmental Code. For ADEME, it serves to facilitate the monitoring and monitoring of compliance with the EPR obligations incumbent on these producers, as well as to identify individual producers and producers who are members of an eco-organism who are eligible for the annual fee. Thus, for the sectors in force, the seller of a product falling under the EPR principle may communicate to the buyer, at the latter’s request, the IDU under which the producer who fulfils for that product is registered the obligations of REP (see L. 541-10-10 of the Environmental Code).
**Data update rules**
The data are updated from updates made by eco-organisms on SYDEREP that register their membership list. For producers in a collective system, the abolition of the IDU is done on the sole initiative of the eco-organisation which is responsible for this decision. This list does not reflect producers who have reported data on SYDEREP.
Point of attention: opening the CSV file in Excel may disrupt the default SIRET display and require changing the column display format.
This list will be updated in June each year on https://data.ademe.fr.
**Generalities on EPR sectors**
The State has entrusted ADEME with the establishment and management of mandatory annual declarations registers for marketers in the following REP sectors:
• DIY and gardening article (ABJ);
• Sports and leisure (ASL) articles;
• Recreational or sports craft (BPS);
• Medical devices perforating patients in self-treatment (DISP @-@MED);
• Furnishing elements (EA);
• Household packaging (EMBM);
• Electrical and electronic equipment (EEA);
• Lubricating or industrial oils (LUB);
• Toys (JOUET);
• Unused medicinal products (MNU);
• Graphic papers (PAP);
• Batteries and accumulators (PA);
• Tyres (PNEU);
• Chemicals (PCHIM);
• Construction products or materials in the building sector (PMCB);
• Tobacco products (TABAC);
• Clothing textiles, household linen and footwear (TLC);
• Passenger cars, vans, two- or three-wheel motor vehicles and quadricycles (VEHICULE).
This list will be enriched as the AGEC Act enters into force with:
• During 2023, the Packaging of catering activities (EMBR) sector,
• As at 01/01/2024, chewing gums (GM) and single-use sanitary textiles (SSUU),
• As at 01/01/2025, the fishing gear (EP) sector, Technical aid (AT) and Industrial and commercial packaging (EMBIC).
These registers are managed in the SYDEREP application, allowing eco-organisms or individual producers to directly inform their data.
These registers have as their object the measurement of the overall performance at national level of each of the REP sectors, the ADEME prepares and publishes annually an inventory of the sectors and various publications with a number of aggregated indicators, supplemented with elements of qualitative analyses from the actors in each sector.

** Available data sets on EPR pathways**
Data from these registers are now available at https://data.ademe.fr:
• The list of producers registered in SYDEREP with their unique identifier (daily update);
• The list of members of eco @-@organisations (updated in June of each year);
• Quantities placed on the market for BPS, DISP_MED, EA, EEE, PA, PCHIM, PNEU and TLC;
• The tonnage collected for the EA, EEA, PA, NEU and VEHICULE sectors and certain indicators as they become available.
In addition to and in accordance with L. 541-10-14 of the Environmental Code, ADEME will enrich these datasets:
**Last quarter 2023**, by the following information for each eco-organisation and individual system, for data available in 2023:
• The quantities of products placed on the market and the level of achievement of the waste prevention and management objectives referred to in Article II of Article L. 541 @-@ 10
• The quantities of waste collected and treated and their distribution according to the methods of treatment of such waste
• The geographical areas where each of the processing steps of the different material flows carried out by them or on their behalf is carried out by indicating, for each area, the nature and quantities of waste thus treated’.
These new lists will be updated once a year, in the last quarter of each year.
