Wind masts in Burgundy-Franche-Comté
Description
Location and main characteristics of wind turbines (from the examination of the file to the exit of the prefectoral decree of agreement or rejection). The mast height shall be greater than or equal to 50 m and its power greater than or equal to 20 MW. These turbines must be the subject of an application for authorisation under the Classified Environmental Protection Inspections (ICPE — Order of 26-08-2011 classifying wind turbines in ICPEs — 2980) filed with the Single Window (Prefecture/DREAL). This table does not take into account litigation.
