Limits of the Natura 2000 network (SCI, SAC and SPA) in Andalusia: 2014
Description
Layer of the European Ecological Network Natura 2000 Network (SCI, SAC and SPA) in Andalusia. Includes the 3 types of Natura 2000 Protected Areas: Sites of Community Importance (SCIs), Special Areas of Conservation (SACs) and Special Protection Areas for Birds (SPAs) declared until December 2014, competence of the Junta de Andalucía.
Also included in this layer are, where appropriate, the Spaces proposed as Sites of Community Importance (pLIC), since from this moment, they enjoy a preventive protection regime, in accordance with article 43.2 of Law 42/2007 of December 13, on Natural Heritage and Biodiversity.
The Ministry with responsibility for the environment has been informed of the declaration of all the SACs and SPAs, for the purposes of communication to the European Commission, in accordance with Article 45 of Law 42/2007 of 13 December 2007 on Natural Heritage and Biodiversity.
