List of contracts concluded between 25 000 and 40 000 euros excluding VAT by DITP
Description
**General description of the dataset**
Article R. 2196-1 of the Public Procurement Code requires purchasers to publish on the medium of their choice, the list of contracts concluded without prior advertising or competitive tendering between EUR 25 000 and EUR 40 excluding VAT. For each contract concluded, the date of conclusion, the subject matter, the amount excl. tax, the name of the holder and the location of the holder shall be indicated.
This data corresponds to purchases made by the Interministerial Directorate of Public Transformation (DITP), since 2021.
**Description of the dataset production mode**
The data was generated by manual input from the internal DITP application of the management’s procurement tracking. You can find this list here: The actors producing the data are the budget/markets division of DITP. This division is responsible for the centralization of data for the entire DITP. The data are exhaustive.
**Description of metadata**
The data extraction has been integrated as a table.
**Description of changes**
The list of data must be updated annually. However, it is not subject to change during its publication.
A new list of data is to be published every year, at the beginning of the year.
