Enedis off-grid electrical delivery points following winter storms

Consolidation of Enedis' public communications during climate events impacting its network.

The climate is sometimes harsh with our infrastructure, electricity and air telecommunications networks are sometimes severely affected.
The public communication of the network operators gives several information:
- Number of households without electricity
- Periodic reviews indicating the progress of the replenishment of these homes
- The number of reinforcements sent from neighbouring regions
This dataset currently details for 25 winter storms the number of supposed off-grid delivery points per hour following the onset of the climate event.
The consolidation carried out is partial, according to the communications of the operators and the information still available at the end of 2024. It shall take into account as far as possible the delays induced by the editorial copy routes and shall, if possible, refer to the timetables mentioned in the original press releases.
Any help to complete is welcome in order to get the most complete dataset possible.
