Territorial Coherence Scheme (SCoT) - SuDocUH data - Latest annual state of play as at 31 December 2023

Description

This dataset describes, by SCOT, the procedures in progress (development or revision) and approved procedures. The basic data for year N as at 31 December are produced by the decentralised services (DDT(M), DEAL, DRIEA) and published at the beginning of year N+1. The vintage dataset is usually produced in March after a process of checking, in particular, its completeness and consistency with the COG of the year. However, very specific inaccuracies remain possible. The Solidarity and Urban Renewal Act (SRU Act) of 13 December 2000 provides for the establishment, from 1 January 2002, of territorial coherence schemes, which replace the master plans. Developed by elected representatives, at the level of the living, housing or employment area, they will express the overall strategy of the agglomeration and set out the main choices in terms of housing, balance between natural and urban areas, infrastructure, commercial urban planning. In peri-urban areas, in case the SCOT does not exist, any urbanisation area will be blocked, unless agreed by the prefect, within a radius of 15 km around the municipalities of the agglomeration if it has more than 15 000 inhabitants.
