The financial and engineering aid presented on Aid-Territorials comes from very local aid holders (e.g. EPCI, with aid that concerns only a few municipalities), of a departmental scale (the aid of the departmental councils), regional (with the aid of regional councils), national (aid from ministries and decentralised state services or state operators), up to the European level. The database is fed and updated manually via [the Aid-Territorial Form](https://aides-territoires.beta.gouv.fr/comptes/inscription/) by the aid holders themselves or via automatic data flows set up with the bearers who have a large volume of aid.
Territorial Aids also offers you a [blog](https://aides-territoires.beta.gouv.fr/blog/): a resource centre where there are replays of thematic webinars that value aid holders and articles that decipher the aids.
