List of public contracts awarded by the Department of Savoie (In the process of deployment)
Description
The Order of 14 April 2017, as amended on 27 July 2018, has just entered into force, and with it the obligation for the 70,000 French public purchasers (communities, ministries, public hospitals, etc.) to publish the essential data of their public contracts.
If all public purchasers are concerned, regardless of size, only contracts with a value of more than EUR **25 000 excluding taxes** are concerned. Concession contracts are also covered by this obligation.
Data retrieval is done via the PES Market
DGFiP proposes to public purchasers to trace their procurement data via the PES Market, in order to achieve three objectives:
— Forward key data from public procurement to data.gouv.fr;
— Make the public procurement census data available to the EFCO;
— forward the data from the contract fiche P530 to the public accountant.
DGFiP sends the essential data of the PES Market to the Etalab mission on a daily basis, which publishes them automatically on data.gouv.fr. The data can then be retrieved by public buyers and published on their buyer profile.
Initially, the data will be published only in XML format, but JSON and OCDS JSON formats will be added very soon by the Etalab mission.
