Remuneration benchmark for the 56 professions in the digital sector and information and communication systems (January 2022)
Description
In January 2024 a [new repository](https://www.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/referentiel-de-remuneration-des-55-metiers-de-la-filiere-numerique-janvier-2024/) was published. The following repositories are kept for historisation.
Since January 2022, applicable to all State administrations, this benchmark defines salary values for all professions in the digital sector, below which budgetary control is abolished and the procedure thus simplified in the context of the recruitment and renewal of contract agents.
This repository was developed jointly by the Interministerial Directorate for Digital Affairs (DINUM), through its Talents mission, the Directorate-General for Administration and Public Finance (DGAFP) and the Directorate for Budget (DB), in conjunction with HR and SI actors in the digital sector.
