This data set contains the areas in which a minor obligation applies to dogs in the urban area according to various regulations.
Dogs in Osnabrück can run free without leash outside the city centre, the forest areas, the citizens’ park, the cemeteries and the Rubbenbruch area.
The restriction of the freewheel is
1 April to 15 July, the so-called breeding and settlement periods, extended to the so-called rest of the free landscape by state law regulations.
