The Commission for Access to Administrative Documents (CADA) is an independent administrative authority responsible for ensuring freedom of access to administrative documents and public archives and the re-use of public information. It may be seized by persons (physical or legal) who have been opposed to an unfavourable decision regarding access to or publication of administrative documents or the re-use of public information. In such a case, the CADA delivers an opinion. The commission may also be referred, as advice, by the authorities requested in these matters. Then it’s advice she gives.
