The CLIC, the local information and coordination centre for the elderly, may have a different name for each department.

The reception, information and advice offered by CLICs shall be personalised, free of charge and confidential.
Implemented by departments and led by various actors (associations, CCAS, hospitals, General Council), CLICs have a local role and aim to facilitate access to their rights for older people by networking all professionals in the sector.
