F/H Professional Equality Index for companies with 50 or more employees
Description
The Employment Equality Index has been designed to advance equal pay for women and men within companies.
It allows companies to measure gender pay gaps in a transparent way and highlight their progress points. Where wage disparities are found, corrective action must be taken.
The index is calculated from indicators on the pay gap, promotions and increases, but also on maternity leave and the highest salaries of the company.
