Areas of exceptional importance in urban politics according to § 9 AG BauGB
Description
Pursuant to Section 9(1)(1) of the Implementing Act to the Construction Code (AGBauGB), the Senate, in consultation with the Council of Mayors, may, by decision, determine that a particular area is of exceptional importance in urban politics.
