Information on mechanisms and procedures by which the public can represent its interests or otherwise influence the implementation of the powers of the State Maritime and River Transport Service of Ukraine (Maritime Administration)
Description
At the request of Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "On Access to Public Information", the Maritime Administration places information on mechanisms and procedures by which the public can represent its interests or otherwise influence the implementation of the powers of the Maritime Administration.
The public is one or more individuals or legal entities, their associations, organizations or groups.
The main powers of the Maritime Administration are defined by paragraph 4 of the Regulations on the State Service of Maritime and River Transport of Ukraine, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated September 6, 2017.
