# # # # * * Unfair treatment * * * * Judilibre * * is the processing carried out by the Court of Cassation in order to make available to the public, free of charge, an open database fed by public decisions of the Court of Cassation which may be enriched and pseudonymised. In line with the timetable established by the Order of 28 April 2021, the database will be enriched with judgments given by other courts of the judiciary. The next deadline is 30 April 2022 with the circulation of civil, social and commercial court decisions. Some previous decisions can also be found there. Judgments are transferred to Judilibre on the day of their delivery in the case of judgments published in the Bulletin (B judgment) and no later than one week after their delivery in the case of other judgments of the Court of Cassation. In addition, many enriching decisions can be found in the database: The titles and summaries of the judgments published, certain preparatory documents (reports and opinions of the Advocates General), documentary references, the annexed pleas in law which are not specifically reasoned, approximations of case-law, references to the texts applied, references to the decision which was the subject of the appeal before the Cour de cassation or, where appropriate, the contested decision itself if that decision was made publicly and was pseudonymised.
