Base on quality and safety of care (formerly Scope Santé)

The basis on quality and safety of care (BQSS) brings together information on the quality of hospitals and clinics produced by the High Health Authority, namely:
— Certification results

— Quality and safety indicators of associated care

It also contains different background information, characterising health facilities:

— Registration and authorisation information for the FINESS directory
— Annual activity statistics of health institutions
The BQSS supplies a dedicated space on the HAS website named QualiScope.

It contains all the history of this data, so as to allow analysis, for any actor in the health sector or for all citizens who wish to re-use this data.
