Local authorities with more than 3500 inhabitants and more than 50 staff members, which award grants of more than EUR 23000 annually, are obliged, as of 1 August 2017, to make the essential data of their grant agreements accessible. The nature and manner of dissemination of these essential data has been established by regulation https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/jo_pdf.do?id=JORFTEXT000036040528.
In this case, the data are filtered to the SIRET number (regulatory threshold of EUR 23000) and not to that of the SIREN (Administrative Account).
