Description

Pursuant to the Law of 13 July 1982 on compensation for victims of natural disasters, Articles L.562.1 to L.562.7 of the Environmental Code and Decree 95.1089 of 5 October 1995. This Regulation lays down for risk areas the provisions applicable to existing assets and activities, to the establishment of any new construction or installation, to the performance of any work and to the exercise of any activity, without prejudice to the application of other laws or regulations in force; it thus determines the occupations of land prohibited or subject to condition and the preventive measures to be implemented for the risks of flooding and movement of land. These preventive measures are intended to limit damage to existing assets and activities and to avoid further damage in the future. The data are not enforceable, only the paper format approved by the Community Council is enforceable against third parties.
