Activities of the establishments of the French Pollutant Emissions Register - Metropolitan France and DROM
Description
This register consists of the data declared each year by the operators (tele-declaration site https://www.declarationpollution.ecologie.gouv.fr/gerep). The obligation to report by operators of industrial installations and livestock farms is laid down (pollutants concerned and reporting thresholds) by the amended Order of 31 January 2008 on the annual reporting of pollutant emissions from classified installations subject to authorisation and registration, as well as urban treatment plants with more than 100 000 population equivalents and certain livestock farms. The register targets 100 pollutants for emissions to water, 50 pollutants for emissions to air (including toxic and carcinogenic substances) and 400 categories of waste. https://data.georisques.fr/id/dataset/e300cd57-326e-4d10-917a-837384717dad
