Description
Compilation of speaking time declared by channels for departmental and regional elections. The figures are retrieved on the CSA website, for all available channels. The duration has been converted to seconds.
Two datasets coexist: that listing the different speaking times for each constituency and that aggregating the speaking time corresponding to the “national debate” and not attached to a particular constituency.
[1] A first version of the files had several duplicates. New properly cleaned files were updated on June 24]
