Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Gemeindeberg (2nd amendment)” of the city of Aichtal from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Stadtberg (2nd change); there is no plan in place; Reference in the text to parcels for which the amendment applies; Usage: Pure residential area.
