Grants 2017 from the Dordogne Department
Description
Local authorities are obliged, as of 1 August 2017, to communicate on the grants they award.
This obligation rests with the publication on 7 May 2017 of Decree No. 2017-779 of 5 May, on access in electronic form to the data of the grant agreements and the decree of 17 November 2017 on the conditions for making the essential data of the grant agreements available.
This text implements Article 18 of the Law for a Digital Republic (No 2016-1321 of 7 October 2016), which itself amended Article 10 of Law No. 2000-321 of 12 April 2000 on the rights of citizens in their relations with administrations.
(As regards the nature of the grant, the obligation to disseminate the essential data of the agreement concerns all grants which meet the definition set out in Article 9-1 of the Law of 12 April 2000).
