Consolidated public procurement key data (tabular format)

Description

Consolidated Public Order Essential Data (CPED) converted to a format that can be opened in spreadsheet software. They shall comply with the [tabular DECP scheme](https://github.com/ColinMaudry/decp-table-schema). Attention: the data uploaded here is too large to be opened in a spreadsheet. Use [decp.info](http://decp.info) to filter and download a small part of the data. These data shall be updated at least once a week by transforming the [official data in CSV format] (https://data.economie.gouv.fr/explore/dataset/decp_augmente/table/). These data are the DECPs in the JSON regulatory format reprocessed by the Ministry of Finance to improve their quality. Here are some statistics to give you an idea of the completeness of these data: - 17,000 public buyers (out of a total of about 70,000) - all contracts awarded on [those procurement portals](https://github.com/139bercy/decp-rama/issues/74) - all buyers' contracts which transmit the [PES Marché](https://www.data.gouv.fr/en/datasets/donnees-essentielles-de-la-commande-public-transmises-via-le-pes-marche/) to the DGFiP - nearly one million contract awards and concession contracts since 2018 If you are a buyer and your markets are not present in this data, contact your buyer profile so that it facilitates the bulk download (not market by market) of its essential data. Or better yet, publish them on data.gouv.fr ([procedure details](https://doc.data.gouv.fr/order-public/publier-donnees-essentielles-d-attribution/)).
