Laboratory data for screening, focus by school level

Virological surveillance indicators are derived from the Screening Information System (SI-DEP), which aims to trace the test data (RT-PCR) carried out by all city and hospital laboratories for SARS-COV2, as well as antigenic tests carried out by laboratories, pharmacists, doctors and nurses.

Accuracies:
The selection of the first date with pcr positive if several positive samples for the same patient.

Variables
Age classes have been constructed according to school levels, i.e.:
[0] All ages
[02] Before 3 years — Early childhood
[05] From 3 to 5 years old — Kindergarten
[10] From 6 to 10 years — Primary
[14] 11 to 14 years old — College
[17] 15 to 17 years old — High school
[18] 18 years and over

For each category, all children are included up to the age of. For example, for the maternal level, children aged 3 years up to 5 years and 11 months are included. On the other hand, children aged 6 are classified as “primary”.

it: The weekly incidence rate reported to the population per 100,000 inhabitants per calendar week.
TP: The weekly positivity rate reported 100 tests performed, per calendar week.
TD: The weekly screening rate reported to the population per 100,000 inhabitants per calendar week.

Data available by departments, regions and France.

Limits:
— Only biological tests of persons for whom the residency department is available are shown on the maps. Persons whose department is not included in the SI-DEP data are counted only at the whole French level. As a result, the sum of the number of tests indicated in the departments or regions is less than the total number of tests indicated for France as a whole.
— Only biological tests of persons for whom age is given are available. People whose age is missing are counted only at the level of France as a whole. As a result, the sum of the tests indicated in the departments or regions is less than the total number of tests indicated for France as a whole.
